Booking Terms & Policies
Welcome! We’re so glad you’re considering joining us for a pottery session. To keep everything running smoothly and ensure a great experience for everyone, please take a few minutes to read through our booking terms and policies.
1. Bookings & Payment
All bookings are made through our secure online system.
Full payment (or a deposit, where noted) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via [Payment Processor].
Group or private session bookings may have additional requirements, which will be noted during checkout.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 72 hours’ notice: Full refund or credit towards a future class.
24–72 hours’ notice: Credit towards a future class only (no refunds).
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: No refund or credit.

If we need to cancel (due to weather, instructor illness, etc.), you’ll receive a full refund or be offered a new date.
3. What’s Included
All necessary tools, clay, and equipment are provided for your class.
Firing and glazing services are included unless otherwise stated in the class description.
Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately [X] weeks after class. We’ll notify you by email when they’re ready.
4. Studio Safety & Conduct
Pottery involves sharp tools, heavy equipment, and kilns. Please follow all instructor guidance for your safety.
Closed-toe shoes are required. Aprons are provided, but please wear clothes you don’t mind getting clay on.
We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who is under the influence, disruptive, or not following safety guidelines.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking a class, you acknowledge that pottery activities carry some inherent risk. You agree to release [Studio Name] from any liability for injuries or damages that occur as a result of participation, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect your name, email, and payment details only for booking purposes.
Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary to process your booking.

7. Accessibility & Special Requests
Our studio is not currently wheelchair accessible — please contact us to discuss.
