We’re proud to offer handmade pottery and creative supplies through our online shop. Please read our store policies before making a purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed securely through our online checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major cards via Stripe payment processing.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Prices are listed in [Currency] and include applicable taxes where required.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Because our pottery is handmade, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in color, texture, or size — these are not considered defects.
Pottery & handmade goods: All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.
Tools & supplies: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
Gift cards: Non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, please email photos to [email] within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Damages & Loss
We carefully pack every order, but once it leaves our studio, we can’t control how carriers handle it. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We use your contact information only to fulfill your order and communicate about it.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as needed to process your order.
6. Custom Orders
If you’d like to request a custom piece, please reach out before ordering to confirm design, timeline, and pricing. A non-refundable deposit may be required for custom work.
